Starting SvS
Members can check the starting message before the start of the war, and the commander-in-chief can use shout.
Commander-in-chief : The leader of Hero Band/Hero League that has requested the SvS or who already possesses the Fortress.
SvS Harangue
- The commander-in-chief can proclaim his outcries throughout the whole manor through the Harangue for 3 minute after beginning the war.
- Harangues can be sent maximum of 10 times.
